Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator III to oversee day-to-day coordination of Phase I–III interventional trials and observational studies across community sites. You will manage subject-level activities from screening to completion, ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance, and support protocol implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in scientific/medical field or equivalent.
• Minimum six years’ experience in clinical research, medical records, cancer registry, or related field.
• Clinical research-related professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex clinical trials from activation through closeout.
• Coordinate day-to-day conduct of oncology trials across community sites.
• Serve as primary operational resource for protocol requirements and study procedures.
• Collaborate with investigators and leadership to develop recruitment and retention strategies.
• Support startup activities, workflow development, and regulatory readiness.
• Maintain accurate research documentation and regulatory compliance.
