Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator III to manage complex oncology trials across multiple community sites. You will ensure protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality data collection while collaborating with investigators and teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a scientific/medical field and at least six years of clinical research experience, with preferred EMR/CTMS familiarity and GCP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in scientific/medical field (or equivalent).
• Minimum six years' experience in clinical research, medical records, cancer registry, or related field.
• Clinical research-related professional certification preferred.
• Experience with EMR and CTMS preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex clinical trials from activation through closeout.
• Coordinate day-to-day conduct of oncology trials across community sites.
• Serve as primary operational resource for protocol requirements and study procedures.
• Develop and implement participant recruitment, enrollment and retention strategies.
• Support study startup, site activation, and regulatory readiness.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and data management per SOPs.
