Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to coordinate interventional Phase I trials, manage patient enrollment, data collection, and documentation, and ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Clinical Trials Coordination, you will train staff, liaise with sponsors and monitors, and travel between the South Lake Union and UW Medical Center Montlake campuses to oversee specimen transport.

Qualifications

• Two to three years in clinical research or cancer registry with regulatory exposure.
• Knowledge of clinical trials records and data processing systems.
• Ability to synthesize study conduct and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of interventional Phase I trials.
• Develop and maintain data collection tools and study materials.
• Provide training to clinic staff on protocol implementation.
• Coordinate patient enrollment and visits, review records for eligibility and consent.
• Track visits, laboratory tests, and study activities per protocol.
• Maintain source documentation and enter case report data.
• Collaborate with sponsors, investigators, and study monitors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and study documentation.
• Travel between campuses to oversee specimen transport and processing.
• Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
