You will mentor junior staff, guide policy improvements, and drive initiatives to accelerate trial activation and sponsor satisfaction in a hybrid AZ-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s field or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years in clinical trial contract negotiation or research administration required.
• Experience mentoring with leadership exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads negotiations for complex, high-value or novel agreements.
• Provides expert advice on contract strategy and risk mitigation.
• Builds relationships with sponsors, CROs and vendors to improve turnaround and reputation.
• Trains and mentors junior analysts on advanced negotiations.
• Partners with leadership to refine templates, policies and workflows.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
