Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, life sciences, law, or related field; equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered (Required).
• Master's MBA, MHA, MPH, or related (Preferred).
• Doctorate Juris Doctor (JD) (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for complex, high-value, or novel clinical trial contracts. Minimize institutional risk while supporting growth.
• Provide expert advice on advanced contract strategy and risk mitigation.
• Build and maintain sponsor, CRO, and vendor relationships to improve turnaround times.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts; provide quality oversight for accuracy and accountability.
• Partner with leadership to refine templates, policies, and workflows; lead process improvements.
