Qualifications

• 5 years with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role in clinical trial contract negotiation or research administration.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and leading negotiations for high-value agreements.
• Strong negotiation, policy development, and template refinement experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead negotiations for complex, high-value or novel clinical trial contracts.
• Provide expert advice on contract strategy and risk mitigation.
• Manage sponsor and CRO relationships to improve contract turnaround times.
• Mentor and train junior analysts on advanced negotiation practices.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance and legal to refine templates and workflows.
