Qualifications

• 5 years with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role - Clinical trial contract negotiation or research administration. Required.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiating complex and high-value clinical trial agreements. Required Experience leading or mentoring a team of contract analysts.
• Preferred Demonstrated track record of process improvement, policy development, or template refinement.

Responsibilities

• Leads negotiations for complex, high-value, or novel agreements (e.g., first-in-human, global multi-arm).
• Provides expert advice on advanced contract strategy and risk mitigation. Serves as point of resolution for escalated or sensitive issues.
• Builds and maintains strategic relationships with major sponsors, CROs, and vendors.
• Trains and mentors junior and mid-level analysts on advanced negotiation practices.
• Partners with leadership to refine templates and institutional policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
