Job summary

HistoSonics seeks a Clinical Training Specialist to deliver and manage its standardized onboarding program for Clinical Regional Managers, Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Procedural Development Specialists. This role leads Foundations and Advanced Training, offering classroom education, hands-on labs, and competency-based learning to prepare new hires for field work.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Clinical Training Manager, cross-functional teams, and ongoing content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a clinical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in clinical applications, clinical education, medical affairs, or post-market clinical support in medical devices or interventional medicine.
• Strong understanding of image-guided procedures and treatment workflows.
• Ability to interpret clinical data and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the classroom-based portion of the 12-week onboarding program.
• Facilitate instructor-led sessions, virtual training, hands-on workshops, and simulation labs.
• Educate on disease states, histotripsy technology, product knowledge, workflows, and Edison System operation.
• Evaluate learner progress with assessments and competency checklists.
• Provide coaching and feedback to prepare learners for field immersion.
• Maintain training records and LMS compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep content current.
