Job summary

HistoSonics, Inc. seeks a Clinical Training Specialist to deliver and manage the company’s 12-week onboarding program for Clinical Regional Managers, Account Managers, and clinical specialists.

You will lead Foundations and Advanced Training, including classroom education, simulations, and competency assessments, to ensure readiness for field deployment. You will partner with Clinical Training Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality onboarding, update content for software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years in clinical applications, clinical education, medical affairs, or post-market clinical support within medical devices or interventional medicine.
• Strong understanding of image-guided procedures, treatment workflows and physician training models.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the classroom and virtual onboarding portions of a 12-week program for new hires.
• Lead Foundations and Advanced Training, including hands-on simulations and labs.
• Educate on disease states, histotripsy tech, workflow, and product knowledge.
• Assess learner progress with assessments, demonstrations, and competency checklists.
• Provide coaching to prepare learners for field immersion.
• Ensure LMS records and onboarding milestones are completed on schedule.
• Update training content for new software, products, and clinical indications.
