Interdynamics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight for its Outpatient Treatment Services (OTS) Program under CSOSA contract.

The role ensures delivery of evidence-based behavioral health and substance use treatment for justice-involved individuals, supervising staff and guiding clinical decisions. • ASAM Criteria knowledge and application
• HIPAA compliance and privacy practices
• Behavioral health and substance use treatment expertise
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams

Responsabilités

• Serve as lead clinical authority for CSOSA OTS Program and supervise direct service staff
• Ensure services align with evidence-based practices and ASAM Criteria
• Oversee documentation reviews: ICPs, progress notes, monthly reports
• Mentor staff to strengthen clinical competencies and professional development
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements
• Lead case staffing meetings and provide clinical consultations
• Promote trauma-informed, patient-centered care and program quality
• Conduct regular case reviews and coordinate discharge planning
• Respond to crises and ensure appropriate reporting procedures
