Job summary

WisHope Recovery is seeking a dynamic Clinical Supervisor to lead our outpatient clinical team and provide strong supervision to staff.

The role emphasizes clinical and administrative oversight, intake coordination, and directing SUD and Mental Health services to promote patient recovery. Licensure such as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or CSAC is required. You will work with management to ensure quality services and DHS compliance.

Qualifications

• LPC, LMFT, LCSW or CSAC licensure required.
• Experience in clinical supervision and program direction.
• Outpatient SUD and mental health services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight and program direction.
• Direct outpatient SUD and Mental Health services to support patient recovery.
• Conduct intakes and monitor individual, group, and family therapies.
• Develop service plans and conduct reviews throughout treatment.
• Supervise staff to ensure DHS requirements and quality services.
• Coordinate intake operations with referral sources and billing.
