Job summary

Open Sky Community Services, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Services Clinical Supervisor to direct and supervise staff, lead team meetings, and provide clinical direction for cases within our outpatient services program in Worcester, MA.

The role combines direct outpatient care with clinical leadership to ensure effective treatment plans and staff development. You will supervise licensed and unlicensed clinicians, review documentation, and support risk assessment, crisis response, and care

Qualifications

• Clinical Master’s Degree and licensure (LICSW/LCSW/LMHC) required.
• Independent licensure with 2.5+ years of licensure to supervise multiple disciplines, required.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams from diverse backgrounds is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision to clinical staff, ensuring adherence to agency standards.
• Oversee Safety Plans and Crisis Prevention/Response Plans.
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 10 weekly clients and supervise staff in decision-making.
