Job summary

Interdynamics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead its Outpatient Treatment Services (OTS) program under the CSOSA contract.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Current licensure as LICSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to Case Managers, Counselors, and other direct service staff.
• Ensure treatment services comply with ASAM Criteria and HIPAA regulations.
• Mentor staff to strengthen clinical competencies and professional development.
• Participate in crisis management and interdisciplinary case staffing meetings.
