Interdynamics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead the Outpatient Treatment Services (OTS) program under CSOSA contract.

You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to ASAM Criteria, HIPAA, and District regulations, and maintain high-quality behavioral health and substance use services for justice-involved individuals. You will provide clinical leadership, review plans and documentation, mentor clinicians, and participate in interdisciplinary teams to support participant

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a health or human services field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure (LICSW/LCPC/LMFT or equivalent) in DC or another U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum five years of documented supervision experience in a behavioral health setting within the past seven years.

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the CSOSA OTS Program.
• Supervise Case Managers, Substance Abuse Counselors, and other direct service staff.
• Ensure services align with ASAM Criteria and evidence-based practices.
• Review treatment plans and clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary case staffing and clinical consultations.
• Promote trauma-informed and person-centered care.
