Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field is required.
• Licensed LMSW or LPC is required.
• CAADC or CAADC-DP certification is required/considered.
• CCS or CCS-M certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and guidance to program staff.
• Ensure staff remain informed of agency policies, procedures, and clinical best practices.
• Promote a holistic, person-centered treatment approach that involves families.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and supervise treatment interventions and caseloads.
• Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
• Serve as a liaison between leadership and direct service staff.
