Open Sky Community Services seeks an Outpatient Services Clinical Supervisor to direct and supervise staff, provide clinical direction, and maintain effective treatment plans for clients in our outpatient program.

The role combines direct clinical care with leadership, supervision of clinicians, and ensuring regulatory compliance, quality documentation, and continuous staff development.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a mental health field and independent licensure to supervise multiple disciplines.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams from diverse backgrounds.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians.
• Oversee intake, treatment planning, and documentation quality.
• Lead crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Coordinate with psychiatric prescribers and nursing staff for integrated care.
• Supervise staff development, hiring input, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Maintain supervisory relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.
