Job summary

TASC in Illinois seeks a full-time Supervisor to provide clinical supervision of daily program operations within the Housing Is Recovery program, coordinating a multidisciplinary team and ensuring evidence-based care for clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Social Work or related field with active Illinois licensure; CADC/CRSS certification may be required within two years. You will partner with landlords and service providers to expand housing access.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field with active Illinois licensure.
• CADC/CRSS certification within two years of employment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day staff activities and provide clinical oversight of staff productivity and client services.
• Monitor caseload progress, review enrollment/exits, housing stabilization plans and advocacy.
• Prepare and present reports to the Administrator and serve as liaison for program needs.
• Maintain program data and technology to enhance effectiveness and compliance.
• Submit monthly data reports to the Administrator.
• Identify housing opportunities and maintain relationships with landlords and providers.
• Participate in community meetings with housing-based resource providers.
