Job summary

TASC (Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities) is hiring a full-time Supervisor to oversee the Permanent Supportive Housing program in Illinois. The role focuses on providing clinical supervision, guiding a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring recovery-oriented services for individuals with substance use disorders or serious mental illness.

Qualifications

• Experience providing clinical supervision in behavioral health or housing programs.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Ability to interpret program data and prepare reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of staff and provide clinical oversight for staff productivity and client services.
• Monitor caseload progress, review records, and oversee enrollment/exits and housing stabilization plans.
• Prepare and present reports to the Administrator within required timeframes; liaise with the Housing Administrator for program needs.
• Maintain program information and technology to increase effectiveness and ensure compliance.
• Protect confidentiality of organization, staff, and client information.
