Job summary

TASC (Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities) is seeking a full-time Supervisor to provide clinical supervision for the Permanent Supportive Housing program. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across case management, peer support, and housing development while ensuring evidence-based care for individuals with substance use disorders and mental illness.

Starting salary ranges from $51,000 to $56,000 depending on experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of staff and provide clinical oversight for staff productivity and client services.
• Monitor staff caseload progress and review client records, program enrollments/exits, and housing stabilization plans.
• Prepare, interpret, and present monthly reports to the Administrator; liaison for program needs.
• Maintain program information and technology to improve effectiveness and compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality of information relating to the organization, staff, and clients.
• Submit monthly data reports to the Administrator.
• Identify housing opportunities and maintain relationships with landlords and housing providers.
• Attend required trainings and align staff performance with contract standards.
• Develop and sustain relationships with partner agencies, funders, and government officials; represent the agency on relevant task forces.
• Familiarity with Illinois housing policies, HUD guidelines, and tenant rights; handle challenging situations involving mental health and housing instability.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication; proficient in Microsoft Office and other software.
• Open to applicants with justice-involved backgrounds.
