Job summary

TASC’s Center for Health and Justice seeks a Supervisor to provide clinical supervision for daily program operations and lead a multidisciplinary team across housing and behavioral health services. This role ensures evidence-based care and maintains quality standards while guiding staff development.

You'll oversee Case Managers, Peer Support Specialists, and a Housing Developer, coordinating services across a broad geographic region with a focus on recovery and justice‑involved individuals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related human service field with active licensure preferred.
• May be required to obtain CADC/CRSS certification within two years of employment.
• Ability to build partnerships with landlords, service providers, parole/probation, and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day staff activities and provide clinical oversight.
• Monitor case loads and maintain client records and housing plans.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with the Administrator on program needs.
