Job summary

Wilder is seeking a Senior Clinical Supervisor to lead the CMHW team in a hybrid East Clinic setting. You will supervise outpatient supervisors, carry a caseload, and drive high-quality, culturally responsive care for diverse communities.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, training, program development, and inter-agency consultation, with involvement in budgeting and outcome analysis to improve services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Licensure as LICSW/LPCC/LMFT or Master’s level LP is required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical, supervisory, and administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and coordination of outpatient supervisors.
• Carry a caseload of clients and ensure high-quality care.
• Oversee care coordination, documentation, and workflow improvements.
• Lead staff training, program development, and inter-agency consultation.
• Evaluate operations and outcomes to guide treatment methods.
