Job summary

Wilder in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Senior Clinical Supervisor to lead the East Clinic's clinical outpatient supervision team. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, supervise therapists and trainees, maintain documentation, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for diverse communities.

This full-time role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, LICSW/LPCC/LMFT or equivalent license, and at least five years of clinical and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with relevant licensure (LICSW/LPCC/LMFT or LP).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical, supervisory, consultation, and administrative experience.
• Ability to maintain clinical, billing, and other required documentation per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and coordination of clinical outpatient supervisors.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational needs with the Operations Manager.
• Carry a caseload of clients and ensure timely, high-quality care.
• Assist with program development, budget management, and research of best practices.
• Evaluate program operations and outcomes to inform treatment approaches.
