Qualifications

Master’s degree in social work or related field.
Two years’ experience in behavioral health.
Two years’ experience with AN/AI population and culturally specific services.

Responsibilities

Develops, revises, and maintains clinical policies and procedures, as needed.
Assures thorough orientation of new clinical staff per policies.
Trains, oversees, and guides in clinical documentation.
Trains, oversees, and guides in evidence-based practice (EBP) and fidelity testing tools.
Provides care for outpatient mental health unit in line with Veterans Health Administration guidelines.
Performs as Directing Clinician for a limited caseload, with individual and group counseling.
