Fairbanks-Native-Association seeks a Project Manager to run day-to-day operations of a behavioral health grant project in Fairbanks, AK. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical teams, adherence to SAMHSA and CARF standards, and advancing sustainability through an annual plan and grant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• One year of program/project management experience.
• One year of experience working in behavioral health.
• Two years of experience working with AN/AI population and culturally specific services.
• Combination of education, training and experience may be substituted for degree requirements.

Responsabilités

• Establish pathways to ensure the full complement of services for four BHS units and the 22-member BHCC.
• Collaborate with CCBHC planning to achieve certification criteria by year two.
• Develop and maintain an integrated service flow for care coordination and seamless transitions.
• Lead activities to establish and sustain CCBHC certification requirements and related policies.
• Participate in SAMHSA guidance and monitor reports to implement approved adjustments.
• Oversee grant deliverables and ensure contract requirements meet project goals.
