Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Two years’ experience in behavioral health and/or mental health.
• Two years’ experience working with AN/AI population and culturally specific services.

• Develops, revises, and maintains clinical policies and procedures.
• Trains and supervises clinical staff and ensures accurate documentation.
• Provides evidence-based practice (EBP) guidance and fidelity testing.
• Oversees outpatient mental health services in alignment with guidelines.
• Reviews treatment charts for accuracy and compliance with CARF and state standards.
• Leads weekly case staffing and treatment plan reviews.
