Job summary

Valley Cities is seeking a licensed clinical supervisor to lead supervision for clinicians in Washington. You will provide regularly scheduled supervision, review charts for compliance, and support case consultations to inform treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Must hold WA independent clinical licensure (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW, etc.).
• Attend WAC-Approved Supervisor training within 6 months of hire (expenses covered).
• Provide supervision to clinicians and ensure professional boundaries and self-care.

Responsibilities

• Provide regularly scheduled individual and group supervision in identified areas of expertise and clinical specialty.
• Review supervisees' charts for accuracy and alignment with guidelines; use data to suggest improvements.
• Provide case consultation including treatment planning, assessment, and reporting safety concerns.
• Complete Core Competency evaluations for new staff.
