Valley Cities in Federal Way, WA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor – LICSW, LMHC or LMFT to lead clinical supervision and support licensure activities. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a signing bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Collaborate with program managers to evaluate staff performance and ensure compliance with state and payer guidelines. The position requires WA licensure and Approved Supervisor status, with duties including supervision, case consultation, and documentation

Qualifications

• Washington State licensure as LICSW, LMHC or LMFT.
• Approved Supervisor as defined by WAC 246-809-234.
• Experience or ability to supervise in behavioral health settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regularly scheduled individual and group supervision in identified areas of expertise and clinical specialty.
• Assist supervisees in developing Supervision Plans, to include identifying and working toward professional goals.
• Directly observe supervisees' clinical service provision and provide feedback.
• Review supervisees' charts and documentation to ensure chart completion, accuracy, and alignment with guidelines, and measure appropriateness of services provided.
• Provide case consultation including treatment planning, assessment, recommending clinical interventions, offering resources, and reporting safety concerns.
• Collaborate with site and program managers to complete employee Performance Evaluations.

What You'll Do (Essential Functions)

• Provide regularly scheduled individual and group supervision in identified areas of expertise and clinical specialty.
