Valley Behavioral Health is hiring a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA/CMHC/LCSW/LMFT/LPC) to lead a team of clinicians, provide clinical supervision, and ensure high-quality care using evidence-based practices.

The role includes mentoring, training, and coordinating with program leadership to meet accreditation and regulatory standards. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with compensation reflecting tenure and licensing bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• One year of behavioral health experience with full license.
• Licenses: BCBA, CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in state of practice.

Responsabilités

• Supervises a clinical team and provides direction, training, and consultation.
• Facilitates supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Ensures orientation and training objectives are met within timeframes.
• Monitors clinical outcomes and adherence to standards and regulations.
• Develops and manages personalized care plans and treatment goals.
