Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Principal, Clinical Strategy and Execution in the United States. You will lead governance, OKR cycles, and clinical policy lifecycles, partnering with Compliance, Operations, Legal, Product, Data, Growth, and other teams to scale mental healthcare delivery.

You will build scalable systems, set escalation protocols, and drive measurable outcomes with senior clinical leaders, while maintaining operational rigor in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Requires active clinical license and 7+ years in mental health or clinical settings.
• Experience building or operating clinical programs at scale, ideally tech-enabled.
• Strong governance, policy, risk management, audits, and compliance experience.
• Excellent program management with multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance committee operations with charters, meetings, minutes, action items.
• Own operating rhythms and internal communications for the clinical org.
• Manage end-to-end clinical OKR cycle, baselines, targets and tracking.
• Maintain OKR source of truth and propose corrective actions when off track.
• Oversee policy lifecycle from drafting to training and attestation.
• Coordinate policy and regulatory work with clinical leadership.
• Direct execution of clinical programs with milestones, owners, and metrics.
• Systematize risk management with risk registers and escalation paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional audits and risk-management activities.
• Serve as primary ops interface between clinical org and partners.
• Build scalable systems to evolve governance with growth.
