Qualifications

• Clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing or related healthcare field.
• Active or eligible clinical licensure within the relevant area of expertise.
• Strong project management, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading consulting engagements in healthcare settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clinical and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and execute project plans that meet schedules, budgets, deliverables, and value.
• Facilitate client meetings and present findings to clinical and senior leadership.
• Manage relationships and expectations with mid- to senior-level client leaders during engagements.
• Guide junior consultants in data interpretation, storytelling, and deliverable development.
