Vizient, Inc. is seeking a clinical and analytical consultant to support healthcare clients in improving medical-surgical performance, clinical operations, quality, and outcomes.

You will manage workstreams, interpret complex data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate with client leaders, facilitate discussions, manage relationships, and apply project management and clinical expertise to drive measurable improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in clinical/analytic healthcare consulting.
• Experience interpreting clinical, operational, quality, and performance data.
• Experience leading consulting engagements and managing client workstreams.
• Strong project management, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
• Interpret analytical results and craft clear data-driven narratives for decision-making.
• Develop and execute project plans with schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Apply project management methods to organize workstreams and milestones.
• Facilitate client meetings and present findings to clinical and senior leadership.
