Job summary

Vizient, Inc is seeking a clinical and analytical consultant to help healthcare clients improve medical-surgical performance, clinical operations, quality, and outcomes. You will manage consulting workstreams, interpret complex data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate with client leaders, facilitate discussions, manage relationships, and apply project management and clinical expertise to drive measurable improvement across engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare consulting experience.
• Clinical nursing/operations background.
• Strong communication and leadership to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to identify trends and recommendations.
• Develop data-driven stories to support client decision-making and change.
• Develop and execute project plans with milestones, budgets, and value.
• Facilitate client meetings and present findings to leadership audiences.
• Manage client relationships and expectations throughout engagements.
• Identify opportunities to expand client value and improve care quality.
• Guide teams in data interpretation and deliverable development.
