• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant healthcare consulting experience.
• Clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing or related healthcare environment.
• Experience leading consulting engagements and managing workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly.

Responsabilités

• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for medical-surgical improvement.
• Interpret analytical results and develop data-driven stories to support client decisions.
• Develop and execute project plans with schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Apply project management methodologies to organize workstreams and milestones.
• Facilitate client meetings and present findings to clinical and senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with mid- to senior-level client leaders during engagements.
• Apply clinical expertise to assess workflows and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to expand client value and collaborate on consulting solutions.
• Develop and improve consulting products, tools, and approaches within the clinical practice area.
• Guide junior consultants in data interpretation and deliverable development.
