Medtronic in the United States seeks a Sr. Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies to provide clinical, technical and product knowledge support to customers.

This field-based role requires travel within the territory and a valid driver’s license. You will train physicians and hospital staff, install and upgrade systems, and collaborate with surgical teams to optimize technology-enabled procedures across Neuroscience, CST, and Navigation/Robotic segments.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience (High School Diploma or GED path)
• Minimum 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience (Associate’s degree path)
• Minimum 4 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience (Bachelor’s degree path)

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team for on-site installations.
• Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
• Maintain system hardware and software for peak performance.
• Install software and hardware upgrades.
• Provide telephone clinical support to customers.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on technology-enabled procedures.
• Provide input on new product development from field experience.
• Document new or existing installations for compliance.
