Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Sr. Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies, to deliver clinical, technical, and product knowledge support across Neurology, CST, and Robotic Surgery portfolios.

This field-based role requires travel within the territory, strong customer engagement, and training delivery for physicians and hospital staff. The role emphasizes ensuring quality, maintaining equipment, and supporting customers through on-site installations, training, and ongoing service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.
• RT and/or MRI certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the district and outside to support procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site installations with customers.
• Provide technical assistance during procedures.
• Maintain system hardware/software for performance.
• Install software/hardware upgrades.
• Perform system preventative maintenance.
• Provide telephone clinical support.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on procedures.
