Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Clinical Specialist Manager of Sacral Neuromodulation to lead the clinical development and regional field team. You will identify strategies to boost efficiency, coach clinical representatives, and manage admin risks while reporting to the Director of Field Development.

In this role you will recruit and retain top clinical talent, align regional goals with sales strategy, and maintain a robust candidate bench.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Able to manage conflict and drive change.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Carry out company policies with sincerity and integrity and ensure clinical team complies with policies and procedures.
Coach clinical representatives through field rides, meetings, and resources to align regional goals and talent development.
Lead in Clinical Excellence, Therapy Education & Pipeline Management, and Account Management decisions.
Demonstrate change leadership to adapt to evolving customer base and franchised products.
Recruit, assess, and hire top clinical candidates in partnership with regional leadership.
Collaborate with field team to support sales development and knowledge of procedures and services.
Attend trainings and keep certifications up-to-date.
Set annual/quarterly objectives for direct reports and manage performance evaluations.
