Job summary

Boston Scientific is hiring a Clinical Specialist Manager of Sacral Neuromodulation in the United States to lead clinical development and oversee the regional field team. You will identify and implement strategies to increase efficiency and improve productivity within the clinical specialist group.

You will report to the Director of Field Development and work with HR to locate, recruit, and retain top clinical candidates while coaching the team for peak performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage change.
• Minimum 2 years in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical development for sacral neuromodulation and lead regional field teams.
• Coach clinical representatives and coordinate with HR to recruit top candidates.
• Ensure alignment with regional sales strategy and performance goals.
• Attend training and certifications as required.
• Maintain annual/quarterly objectives and conduct performance reviews.
