Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Clinical Specialist Manager for Sacral Neuromodulation to lead clinical development and direct the regional field team. You will identify strategies to increase efficiency and productivity, coach clinical representatives, and manage administrative risks.

Reports to the Director of Field Development. The role requires field presence and leadership across multiple Virginia locations, with a base salary in the $140k–$160k range plus incentives and comprehensive Benefits at

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Energetic, organized, determined and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

Carry out company policies with sincerity and integrity; ensure clinical team complies with policies and administrative responsibilities.
Manage and coach clinical representatives using field rides, meetings and resources to align goals, talent development and best practices.
Support clinical excellence, therapy education and pipeline management.
Communicate effectively with HR to recruit and hire top clinical candidates; assess headcount needs per territory.
Collaborate with field to support sales development of the clinical team in procedures and service needs.
Attend NHT trainings and participate in certifications.
Set annual/quarterly objectives for direct reports; implement performance evaluations with feedback.
Partner with Regional Executive to align clinical team goals with regional sales strategy and revenue growth.
Maintain regular communication with leadership regarding activities and marketplace changes.
