Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a proactive professional to coordinate patient engagement and study operations within our Clinical Solutions team. You will manage demographic enrollment targets, maintain documentation, and ensure metrics tracking across studies, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive onboarding and governance activities.

You will support continuous process improvements, build operational dashboards, and promote best practices to enhance recruitment and retention

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research or project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience, preferably Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Balance strategic and operational responsibilities as a proactive team member.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment and retention strategies for clinical studies.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive project initiatives forward.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency.
