This remote-US based role embeds as a strategic leader inside a sponsor’s development organization, shaping patient-centric designs across the full lifecycle. Qualifications

• 5+ years in patient engagement, recruitment, or patient-centric clinical trial strategy within pharma.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive enterprise change.
• Strong understanding of global clinical development and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience designing global, multi-functional patient engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define global strategy for patient-focused trial design and evidence generation.
• Lead sponsor-side patient recruitment and retention integrated into development planning.
• Embed patient insights into protocol design, endpoints, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Data Science to scale capabilities.
