Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to coordinate patient engagement and study operations across oncology and cardiology trials. You’ll manage demographics, documentation, dashboards, and governance activities while ensuring clear cross-functional communication.

The role emphasizes process improvement, collaboration, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency in study delivery. Experience in clinical research and a pharma setting is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical research or project coordination experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in pharma, CRO, or clinical research environment.
• Experience in Oncology and/or Cardiology preferred.
• Experience using AI tools or building AI agents/automation is preferred.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing strategic and operational tasks.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention for clinical studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study execution.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive project initiatives with ownership.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency.
