Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I for Sponsor Dedicated - Patient Engagement and Co-Design. This remote (pre-approved USA-Remote) role supports patient enrollment, engagement, and cross-functional program delivery within clinical development.

The position emphasizes collaboration with program leads, vendors, and healthcare professionals to drive patient-centered strategies. The role requires a scientific or healthcare background and 3–5 years in pharma/biotech/clinical research,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or clinical research industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated organizational skills and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

Support the established strategy for assigned areas of focus, including site training, patient enrollment, and patient/researcher engagement.
Partner with program leads and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
Support the creation of project deliverables, including training materials, by coordinating timelines and reviews.
Coordinate activities with external vendors, patients, and healthcare professionals.
Provide technical support to ensure engagement processes are integrated across functions.
