Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Sr Clinical Operation Specialist / Lead Clinical Operation Specialist for a remote, home-based role. The candidate will bring 7–10 years of CTA experience, centralized monitoring exposure, and strong operational knowledge of clinical research to support study budgets, TMF setup, and data oversight.

The role requires proactive, resourceful individuals who communicate effectively in English and can join immediately.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of CTA experience.
• CTA experience combined with centralized monitoring exposure preferred.
• Home-based position with immediate joiners strongly preferred.
• Strong operational understanding of clinical research.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
• Must be proactive, resourceful, and a quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and maintenance of information in CTMS and TMF under (Sr.) CPM or project manager responsibility.
• Update data, timelines, milestones, and ethical/health authority authorizations on an ongoing basis.
• Assist in study budget management, planning, tracking and reporting.
• Ensure TMF documents are filed and maintained; coordinate TMF activities.
• Track study progress and ensure CTMS/TMF systems are up to date; escalate issues.
• Coordinate with external service providers and ensure data reporting to the team.
• Assist in study start-up, recruitment, and close-out activities as required.
• Collaborate with Medical Lead on safety trends and data review discussions.
