Job summary
Mercy is seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant for Integrated Performance Solutions. You will leverage clinical experience across Pharmacy, OR, and other intensive clinical areas to design and deploy solutions that improve workflow and reduce costs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in clinical field/pharmacy and clinical license required.
- 7+ years of clinical/operational experience in an integrated health system.
- Experience with EHR/ERP systems and reporting tools to manage frontline clinical workflow.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects in the clinical space and drive system builds.
- Design and implement solutions addressing workflow and business needs.
- Coordinate process training and allocate resources for solution deployment.
- Provide guidance on long-term road-mapping, change management and workflow transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system use and value for caregivers and patients.
