Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work accredited by CSWE.
• LCSW-C (Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical) licensure from the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.
• Minimum three years of post‑Master’s experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes specialized assessments and may consult on assessments.
• Provides psychosocial guidance to enhance clinical practice and supports advance care planning discussions.
• Delivers advanced crisis care and serves as a resource to the care team.
• Initiates PI projects to evaluate program and outcome effectiveness.
• Uses NASW‑ethics aligned education for patients and peers.
• Advocates for self and team members and participates in committees.
