Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (CSWE-accredited).
• LCSW-C licensure required by Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.
• Supervisory status required by Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.
• Minimum four (4) years post‑Master’s social work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, therapy, counseling and psychosocial assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee clinical assessments performed by supervisees and improve assessment tools.
• Lead psychosocial care planning to ensure culturally sensitive treatment addressing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
• Conduct chart reviews and maintain resources for patient referrals and community services.
• Provide clinical supervision to licensed social workers under Board requirements.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to policy/procedure improvements.
