Job summary

Elite Clinical Network in Houston seeks a Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, ensuring trials are conducted efficiently and in compliance with GCP and internal processes. You will manage staff, protocol execution, budgets, and audit readiness.

You will lead data integrity, recruitment goals, sponsor/CRO/vendor liaison, and staff training, fostering a patient-centric research environment across study sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical research management or related leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating with IRBs, Sponsors/CROs, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of study execution from initiation through close-out to ensure timelines and high-quality protocol execution.
• Monitor and manage site-level revenue and expenses; collaborate with finance to hit budgets.
• Create and implement detailed operational plans for each study, including staffing and resources.
• Ensure regulatory reporting compliant with GCP, ICH, and local/international regulations; maintain audit readiness.
• Oversee data integrity through data review, source verification, and accuracy checks.
• Lead regular site team meetings and provide training for new staff.
• Serve as primary contact for Sponsors, CROs, and vendors; ensure timely issue resolution.
