Job summary

ECN Operating LLC is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the execution of clinical trials at our Huntington Beach site. This role requires accountability for site staff and operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with company goals. Key responsibilities include managing study execution, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field and at least 5 years of clinical research management experience. Competitive salary ranging from $50k to $70k annually, plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in clinical research management or other applicable management experience.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of study execution from initiation through close-out.
• Monitor and manage site-level revenue and expenses.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all regulatory reporting.
• Oversee data integrity through routine documentation review.
• Meet or exceed all participant recruitment and enrollment goals.
