Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years life-sciences experience; 5+ in rare/specialty areas; 3+ in specialty biopharma sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets across multiple KPIs.
• Understanding payer and clinical landscape in specialty & rare diseases.
• Patient-centric approach, empathy, and commitment to support.
• Strong presentation, organization, administration, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within company policies and procedures.
• Market, disease and product knowledge; exposure to business analytics and insights.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed objectives for assigned brands, including sales and KPIs.
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder organizations including hospitals and healthcare communities.
