This role requires deep clinical insight, at least 8 years in life sciences with 5+ in rare or specialty areas, and 3+ years in specialty biopharma sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years life-sciences experience, including at least 5 in rare or specialty areas.
• At least 3 years in specialty biopharma sales.
• Ideal candidates have GI and/or Hepatology experience.
• Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Understanding of payer and clinical landscape in specialty & rare diseases.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed objectives for assigned brands including sales, share, and KPIs.
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder organizations including hospitals and healthcare communities.
• Manage geography and customer accounts with priority on physicians and accounts.
• Develop professional relationships guided by patient interests and Ipsen policies.
• Engage in in-depth conversations with physicians based on approved resources and messages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs with urgency.
• Review market/customer data to support strategic planning.
